Coronavirus Update March 2020

Like many businesses, Southgate is closely monitoring the available information regarding the Coronavirus COVID-19.

At times like these, the safety and well-being of all our customers and staff is of paramount importance.

I wanted to personally reach out to all of our business clients and reassure you that we will be continuing to support you in every way possible.

Business Contingency;

We are in the process of working on an evolving risk assessment on the effect COVID -19 could have on our service. Due to the significant investment into our IT infrastructure in recent years we are well placed for our entire office based work-force to work remotely, however we are taking further measures to ensure all areas of the business are covered.

Supply Chain;

Our procurement and operations teams are doing all possible to ensure continuity of supply on our full product range. This is a developing situation, and whilst we are well stocked presently we will update you further should any product categories be threatened by supply chain disruption.

Our Service;

At Southgate, our agile team are committed to ensure our service remains undisrupted as much as possible during these challenging times.
