Client Support Coordinator

Co-ordination of all assigned projects within the Silo ensuring optimum client satisfaction at all times.

  • Competent Computer Skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP & CRM Systems
  • Proven success in previous Sales and Admin role

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

The silo is a fast paced, dynamic department and responsibilities within the team are all encompassing. You will be required to have a good understanding of all functions within the department however specialist projects will be assigned to each Client Support Coordinator by the Team Leader.

A summary of those responsibilities are:

Client Customer Service

  • Management of the department email inbox
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manor
  • Answering customer calls promptly and assisting with enquiries
  • Reporting any escalating issues to the Team Leader as necessary
  • Reporting any customer quality reports to the Team Leader as necessary
  • Referring new business opportunities to the Key Account Manager

Sales & Project Co-ordination

  • Full accountability of projects as assigned by the Team Leader
  • Reporting project updates to the wider team in the Weekly Project Meeting
  • Accurate sales order creation and proof checking
  • Approving and releasing orders for picking in line with customer requirement
  • Monitoring of shipped orders ensuring arrival to the customer on time in full
  • Preparing and sending client quotations
  • Processing of service calls when a replacement or refund is required

Operations & Logistics

  • Communicating with all warehouse contacts regarding dispatches
  • Retrieving quotes, booking and tracking all required transport/haulage
  • Accurately preparing and submitting all necessary shipping paperwork
  • Checking and signing off transport invoicing promptly

Purchasing & Supply

  • Raising supplier payments in line with agreed payment terms
  • Communication with suppliers on payment, lead times and delivery
  • Escalating any issues including lateness or shortages to the Team Leader


  • Commitment to continuous improvement within the department
  • Providing holiday cover for other team members workload as required
